Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, and the message you choose to share. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential project materials.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess your request, respond, and discuss a potential project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this website, processes and stores form submissions, filters spam, and sends submission notifications to our business email. Our email provider, Google Workspace, processes those notifications and our replies. These providers may process information outside Canada.
Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website. See Netlify’s privacy policy for information about its practices.
How long we keep inquiries
For project inquiries that do not proceed, we retain personal information for no longer than six months after our last communication. We may delete it sooner when it is no longer needed, unless retention is legally required.
This retention period covers inquiry submissions and related notification emails and correspondence under our control. If an inquiry becomes a project, relevant records are retained as needed to deliver the project and meet applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Privacy questions and requests
Use our contact form to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Start your message with “Privacy request” so we can route it appropriately. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements.
